At Choquer.Store, we stand behind the quality of every board we engrave. Whether you’re ordering a personalized gift or a pre-designed piece, we want you to feel confident from the moment you hit “Order” to the moment it’s unwrapped.
Our Guarantee
Every board goes through a thorough inspection here in Surrey, BC before it leaves our studio. We carefully document each order to ensure your board arrives exactly as expected.
Custom & Personalized Orders
All customized and personalized boards are final sale and not eligible for return or refund — this includes all engraved names, dates, messages, or designs. That said, we’ll always make things right if we make an error:
- Our Mistake? If our team makes a typo or engraving error, we’ll remake and reship your board at no cost. And yes — you keep the original.
- Your Mistake? If you entered a name, date, or message incorrectly, we’ll happily remake the board at the same price — but cannot issue a refund.
We do not offer design proofs for personalized or pre-designed boards, but we do provide proofs for corporate and bulk orders (12+ boards) to ensure accuracy.
Pre-Designed Products & Non-Personalized Boards
If you’re not happy with a non-personalized board, we accept returns or exchanges within 60 days of delivery — as long as:
- The board is unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
- Return shipping is paid by the customer.
- Once we inspect and confirm the board hasn’t been used, we’ll issue a full refund or exchange, based on your preference.
Damaged Shipments
If your board arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with clear photos of the damage and packaging. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund right away — no return needed.
Refund Timing
- Refunds are issued back to your original payment method.
- Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed once approved.
